This monumental development marks a new chapter for the island’s hospitality and real estate offerings, positioning St. Kitts as a premier luxury destination in the Caribbean.

Dr. Terrance Drew. “Our administration has delivered on our promise to finalise an agreement with The St. Kitts Ritz-Carlton Resort Hotel and Residences, and this exclusive destination will not only elevate St. Kitts as a luxury destination but is also anticipated to create significant opportunities for our people.”
Nestled on the beautiful Southeast Peninsula, The St. Kitts Ritz-Carlton Resort Hotel and Residences will offer 125 guest suites, 10 branded villas, and 15 branded condominium residences. Guests can enjoy a luxury spa, several swimming pools, exceptional dining, The Ritz-Carlton Beach Club, the Ritz Kids Club, and a host of other amenities crafted within a ‘Kittitian Village’ theme. This unique design harmoniously combines modern luxury with the island’s natural charm, ensuring an unforgettable experience for visitors.
