Fresh Mediterranean Brunch Menu

Fresh Mediterranean Brunch Menu

Culinary artistry takes centre stage at Boubalé, Le Grand Mazarin’s vibrant restaurant, where Mediterranean flavours from the Levant, the crossroads of Europe and the Middle East, are elevated with elegance and creativity. This autumn, Sundays are reimagined with a brunch experience curated by Chef Nathan Kessous, blending the warmth of Mediterranean cuisine with inventive flair. Classic brunch favourites are transformed into sophisticated creations, from shakshuka and gluten-free pancakes with Greek yogurt, strawberries, verbena, pistachio and rose, to avocado toast on grilled pita bread adorned with marinated mackerel, pickled red onions, pomegranate, and fresh herbs. Enhancing the playful and interactive spirit of the brunch, guests can now enjoy ‘Do It Yourself Bloody Marys’, crafting their own cocktails from a house-made spiced base and a curated selection of inventive garnishes, an indulgent ritual designed to awaken the senses and celebrate leisurely Sunday mornings in true Parisian style.

Brunch is available every Sunday from 12PM to 3PM. Prices start at €49 per adult and €25 per child.

Tender Scarecrows Takeover New Window Display

From 24 September through to January 2026, the artistic duo Pangea have transformed the windows of Le Grand Mazarin as part of the hotel’s ‘Artist in Residence’ installation series, which celebrates and elevates the Parisian art scene. This autumn, Pangea unveils Tender Scarecrows, a striking installation featuring bold colors, evocative symbols, and materials crafted from recycled fabrics, metal, and concrete. Gentle scarecrows rise from the ground, inviting passersby to pause and reflect, culminating in a final figure that breaks free from its frame to ascend gracefully toward the sky. This exhibition exemplifies the seamless dialogue between refined hospitality and visionary artistry, where creativity evokes emotion and imagination. With Tender Scarecrows, Pangea invites all to dream, explore, and embrace a brighter, more inspired world.
