Florida’s Space-Themed Attraction Offers Free Entry for Children this September

To celebrate “Future Voyagers Month”, Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex is offering free one-day admission to children for the whole of September, saving families up to US$195.

Families visiting the Florida attraction, which offers interactive exhibits, incredible attractions, thrilling simulators, behind-the-scenes tours, rocket launch viewing opportunities & more, will enjoy free entry for up to three children with every one adult ticket purchased.  The offer applies to children aged 3-11 years, with children under the age of three admitted for free year-round.

The limited-time offer has been launched hot on the heels of the Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex being named a Certified Autism Center™ by the International Board of Credentialing and Continuing Education Standards (IBCCES). As part of the certification process, enhancements were made throughout the visitor complex, including comprehensive training for all staff members, on-site sensory guidance, designated low sensory areas, and a sensory guide to ensure that autistic and sensory-sensitive individuals can visit with confidence.

Families taking advantage of the September “kids go free” offer will also enjoy the new All Systems Are Go! experience, which launched earlier this year, featuring four-legged cartoon friend, Snoopy, and other beloved Peanuts® characters.  The immersive experience features state-of-the-art puppetry, lights and sounds at the transformed Universe Theater sponsored by Northrop Grumman.   The Peanuts characters are called by a Launch Director to assist with the next NASA mission – Artemis. Guests can join Snoopy and Woodstock as they train for the mission, test the Orion spacecraft and visit other planets on a sensational, out-of-this-world 20-minute adventure full of history, education and imagination.  All Systems Are Go! is included with admission and suitable for all ages. Guests should check the daily schedule upon arrival for showtimes.

Just 45 minutes from Orlando, Florida, Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex is open daily at 9am. Single-day admission is $75 per adult/$65 per child plus tax, and the two-day ticket is $89 per adult/$79 per child.
