.
DESIGN
Ayã Resort’s architecture and interiors celebrate the natural beauty of the Mediterranean through a design language that blends global influences with a strong sense of place. The property was designed by MITA & Associates Architects, with interiors by AT Design Studio, two renowned local studios known for their thoughtful, contemporary approach.
Drawing inspiration from Cycladic simplicity and Indonesian resort aesthetics, the spaces combine sun-washed tones, natural woods, linen textures and sculptural forms to create an atmosphere that feels both relaxed and refined. Throughout the resort, handcrafted furniture from Chora Mykonos introduces an authentic Mediterranean design sensibility, with artisanal pieces that echo the laid-back elegance of the Greek islands.
Large open terraces, soft architectural lines and immersive garden landscaping allow the interiors to flow naturally into the outdoors, while palm-lined pathways, macramé umbrellas and tropical planting create a tranquil, sun-soaked setting that reflects the rhythm of island life.
MÃNNA RESTAURANT
The hotel’s signature restaurant, Mãnna is led by Greek chef Constantinos Vourlias, whose approach is deeply rooted in heritage, seasonality and storytelling. Raised between different regions of Greece and shaped by early experiences at his grandfather’s estate in Western Macedonia, foraging wild herbs, mushrooms and produce, his cooking reflects a lifelong connection to nature and ingredients.
At Mãnna, this translates into a contemporary Mediterranean menu grounded in high-quality Greek products, where traditional flavours are reinterpreted through modern techniques. Dishes are designed to be both refined and expressive, with a focus on seasonality and provenance, using ingredients sourced directly from Greece and Cyprus. Signature plates include sourdough with Kalamata olives and cherry tomatoes, aubergine salad, Cretan pie with feta, fried artichokes with pecorino and summer truffle, and red shrimp, each showcasing a balance between simplicity and precision.
The experience extends beyond the plate, with elements of theatre woven throughout, from beautifully presented dishes to tableside preparations such as freshly assembled salads. The overall approach is less about spectacle and more about creating lasting memories, a philosophy shaped by the chef’s belief that food should evoke emotion and connection.
Complementing the restaurant is a poolside Sushi Bar, offering a selection of fresh sushi favourites and crafted cocktails.

ÃYA POOL
At the centre of the resort lies Ayã Pool, a 3,000m² showstopping social hub designed to capture the essence of Mediterranean summers. Across the 2026 season, the pool will host a curated programme of music and events, blending laid-back daytime lounging with sunset sessions and vibrant evening gatherings. Highlights include an evening DJ set from Chris IDH on the 23 May, followed by the iconic Made in Mykonos event on 31 May, headlined by founder and DJ Vasili Tsilichristos.
Guests can enjoy a poolside menu that blends Mediterranean and Middle Eastern flavours, featuring crispy calamari with rocket, spinach and guacamole cream, a signature Iberico skewer with black garlic and Mediterranean herbs, grilled shrimp with avocado and romesco, a refined Katsu Sando with black Angus beef and Asian slaw, and a falafel wrap with guacamole, caramelised onion and cumin yogurt cream. With private cabanas, panoramic views, and a dynamic cultural programme, Ayã Pool promises to be a defining destination for visitors seeking a balance of energy and tranquillity.
SALA EVENTS VENUE
Ayã Resort is also set to become a sought-after destination for celebrations and gatherings with the introduction of Sala, a dedicated events venue accommodating up to 350 guests. Ideal for weddings, private celebrations, and destination events, Sala offers a versatile setting surrounded by lush gardens and Mediterranean landscapes. Adjacent to the venue, the resort’s private chapel provides an intimate space for ceremonies, creating a seamless flow from vows to reception. The venue is supported by the resort’s culinary team and dedicated events specialists, ensuring fully tailored experiences for every occasion.
AYA BOUTIQUE
The resort’s boutique will open with the season, offering a curated selection of fashion and lifestyle pieces that reflect the rhythm and energy of island life. The space will feature designs by Elena Lysandrou, exclusively made in Cyprus through her brand Elena Ly Official, alongside collections from Happy Hour Robes and Eni H-Made.
Designed to complement the relaxed elegance of the resort, the boutique showcases locally crafted items and resort-ready essentials, offering guests a stylish extension of the Ayã lifestyle.
